Beautiful! The colours are really good - the contrast of the golden wheat field and the dark sky. I also like his face expression, so determined and valiant. And the birds and the poppies really add to the atmosphere too, in a way, as does the dead-looking tree. Your art is really fascinating!

Nice style but his expression is what really makes this artwork for me. You’ve captured the emotion very well and it brings the figure to life.

Try this one again , but this time limit you detail, just a hint of the ground under him and behind him, let the viewer to picture the rest. See how that works for you.
