I had almost forgotten this song from 1993 and nearly cried when I heard it again a few weeks ago. It was the summer where I read the Silmarillion for the first time, and it always reminded me of Amarie, the beloved of Finrod who had not left Valinor with him. When I heard the song again, the picture just popped up in my mind.

The girl and the initial focus is great, but it seems like you became bored with the rest of the fields and just filled them. Judging from the focus of the piece, I think the fields could’ve turned out much better.
